		<description>Gateway 1 is the internet gateway on the network the traceroute was done from. If it timed out after line 1, you would know there was a problem connecting to your ISP. Try to ping the website your trying to access, if it doesnt work (no packets recieved/sent) then call your ISP.</description>

Not certain about this but could be your router not being configured to reply to ping.</description>
